What insurance do you accept?

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, & United Healthcare (Optum). We are also a provider for many EAP’s (Employee Assistance Program),

What is your pricing?

Rates vary depending on services required. Please contact us so we can get a little more information about you in order to provide you with a personalized experience.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit or FSA card.

What if my insurance plan is not offered?

If your insurance plan is not offered, reach out to us and let us discuss your options with you. You may have the option to use out-of-network benefits, and you always have the option to self-pay.

What if I don’t know my benefits or coverage?

We understand that insurance can be confusing! The easiest way to verify your benefits coverage is by calling the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card. We can also help verify if Healthy Mind & Body’s services will be covered by your plan by reaching out to us with either a photo of your insurance card, or with the following information:

  • Name of your Insurance

  • Name and Date of Birth of the Primary Insured

  • Insurance ID Number

  • Insurance Group Number

  • Customer Service Number (usually located on the back of your insurance card

Can I self-pay?

Yes, you can always choose self-pay options in lieu of insurance coverage.
